Lidding Film's - for use on Heat Sealing Machine 

Peelable Seal – This provides a strong seal but the film can be peeled from the tray. This is more suited for operations where the product is being supplied directly to the end user and multiple trays will not be stacked on top of each other. This film is suitable for use in the oven so the film can be left on the tray during the cooking process, however piercing may be required depending on the tray type. This film type can be recycled.

OLAF Film is a biaxially oriented polyester film with a heat-sealable coating incorporating anti-fog properties on one surface and plain polyester on the other. The anti-fog properties minimise fogging during freezing, chilling and cooking and also improve clarity when ‘breathable’ products such as fresh vegetables are packed.

OLAF Film provides a strong peelable seal when heat-sealed to itself, APET/CPET trays, Paperboard, polyester coated board, PETG, PVC and polycarbonate. 

OLAF Film seals between 140° to 220°C, and is ideal for use as a self-venting lidding film for ready meals.  Able to withstand temperatures as low as -70°C,OLAF may be used in both microwave and conventional ovens where cooking is typically 220°C for 30 mins.
